How to make a Talking Sprite Project.

Hi everyone, Today I am going to teach you to how to make a Sprite(Character) Talking Project. Let us get started!!
  • First sign in to Scratch ...Make sure to remember the username and the password in your Scratch Account.
  • Click "Create" in Scratch.
  • You will get like this👇👇


  • Press the "Delete Button" because we do not need that character in this project.
  • After that click the "Sprite Choosing Button" to choose a sprite from the Sprite Collection.
  • Did you figure out how to do up to now?

  • Click the fairy as shown in the above figure.👆👆
  • Go to "Events"  and drag when flag clicked to the  "Coding Area" which we talked about before.

  • Moving on to the next step.
  • Since this is a Talking Sprite Project. Go to "Looks" and drag "say Hello!  for 2 seconds" To make the fairy say whatever you want!
  • Put that block about 3 times.

  • Drag and do as given in the above figure.
  • You can write more sentences if you want or you can write other stuff . It is your choice!
  • I hope you understand up to now?
  • Next we are gonna put a backdrop to project.

  • Click the "Backdrops" button to put a backdrop to your project.  Choose whatever backdrop you want!! There are plenty!
  • I will choose "Blue Sky". You can choose whatever you want!

  • Click the backdrop you choose.
  • Next we are gonna put a sound.
  • Go to the Sound Section and drag  "Play sound Magic Spell until done" in to the Coding Area.
  • Click the green flag and see your creative project..Is it good??

Next go to "Looks" and drag the "Change colour effect by 25" in to the Coding Area.This is our last Step.  You can add more creative thinking to this project.....Have Fun!
